Die Wohnung bietet sehr viel Platz und ist modern eingerichtet. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist der Garagenstellplatz. Die Garage an sich ist groß genug, jedoch ist der Weg dorthin sehr eng bemessen. Das Einparken mit einem Auto ab Passat Größe ist Millimeterarbeit.

Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet und liegt direkt am Kurpark und dennoch nah an der Promenade. Leider ist das als bequemes Boxspringbett mit nur einem festen "Topper" sehr hart, so dass es mir mit Gelenkproblemen nicht möglich war darauf zu schlafen. So habe ich die restlichen Urlaubstage auf einem der Gästebetten verbracht, was auch nicht viel besser war. Hier hätte mir ein Hinweis geholfen, dass es sich um ein sehr festes Bett handelt.
