The beautiful non-smoking apartment with balcony (1st OG) is centrally located and the beach with the promenade can be reached in a few minutes on foot (approx. 5 minutes). The city center with its shops can also be reached quickly on foot (approx. 3 minutes). The modern apartment with three rooms for up to 4 people has an underground parking space. The kitchen has a stove (ceramic hob), oven, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and wardrobe. In the children's room there is a bunk bed next to a small closet.

In addition, the apartment has of course all household appliances (TV, coffee maker, kettle, etc.).

Alles bestens
Der Aufenthalt in Grömitz war sehr schön, dazu hat natürlich auch die Wohnung beigetragen. Die Lage und Ausstattung der Wohnung ist perfekt. Genau das Richtige für einen Familienurlaub. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr angenehm. Er konnte uns bei allen Anliegen direkt helfen. Gerne wieder!

Im Großen und Ganzen durchschnittlich gut
Der Urlaub begann mit dem Anruf einen Tag vor der Abreise um die Schlüsselübergabe zu klären wie es auch in den Unterlagen überall vermerkt ist. Bei dem Telefonat und nach einer recht unhöflichen Ansage, ob wir nicht einen Code für den Tresor bekommen hätten und die Übergabe nur darüber erfolgt, war ich etwas irritiert. Die Unterlagen hierzu haben wir erhalten, aber es steht dennoch überall dass wir Kontakt aufnehmen sollten. Warum ist das denn so, fragten wir uns und warum so unfreundlich? Wir empfanden es umständlich und schade, dass der Schlüssel ganz woanders und nicht in unmittlebarer Nähe zum Objekt abzuholen war. Außerdem war die Wohnung zwar grundsätzlich sauber, aber wenn die Spinnweben im Badezimmer von der Decke hängen, empfinde ich es nicht als sauber. Ein Pluspunkt gibt es beim Kinderzimmer, welches einen Spielteppich hat und auch Spielzeug angeboten wurde. Ansonsten hat die Wohnung einen ordentlichen Eindruck bei uns hinterlassen und wir würden sie aufgrund der Lage wieder mieten und auch empfehlen.

Schöne Wohnung in guter zentraler Lage
Gut ausgestattete Wohnung in der es einem an nichts fehlt. Lediglich der Wasserdruck der Dusche sollte einmal überprüft werden, da sehr wenig Wasser kommt und das Duschen so deutlich länger dauert. Ansonsten aber alles top...

Erholsamer Urlaub mit toller Lage
Niedliche Wohnung mit einer super zentralen Lage. Das Auto hat die Tiefgarage erst zur Abfahrt wieder verlassen. Die Wohnung war klasse ausgestattet und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Leider muss ich sagen, dass ddie Wohnung mal wieder einen Wischer sehen dürfte.

Ein gelungener Urlaub :)
Die Wohnung ist optimal für drei Personen geeignet. Das Highlight für unser Kind war das Hochbett im Kinderzimmer. Ich muss sagen, dass ich noch nie in einer so gut ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung war. Alles da, was man benötigt in der Küche/Kammer und auch die Spielsachen im Kinderzimmer wurden freudig angenommen. :) Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen. Zum Strand sind es gerade mal 5 Minuten Fußweg. In der Tiefgarage ist ein Stellplatz vorhanden.

Gerne wieder
Sehr schöne Wohnung für 2 Erwachsene mit 2 Kindern gerade richtig. Tiefgarage vorhanden. Zum Strand ca 400 m. Da durch Corona die Aktivitäten eingeschränkt waren, ist sonst sicherlich mehr los. Was mit Sicherheit dazu führt, dass wir sicherlich wieder kommen werden. Leider ist der Fahrstuhl defekt gewesen. Für Menschen mit Einschränkungen dann schwierig.
