Nice eating space in front of a balcony towards the garden. Two nice bedrooms. King-size bathroom with toilet, and a separate toilet. Very nice property manager, who lives in the same house. Because there was no immediately ensuing booking, he offered to postpone the checkout time until mid-afternoon without hassle. Honestly, nothing to comlain...

"Everything was lovely, the room was spacious and comfortable. It’s in a nice area of the city and there are many food options available. The tram is right around the corner and only costs €2.10 and will get you to any area of the city. I ordered room service one night and it was adequate. My one complaint is the key is sensitive and if it gets anywhere near your cell phone it will need to be reset which is a bit of a pain to continually have to go to the desk. "We had a very nice one night stay. Great peaceful location in the heart of the forest, when you look outside your window you look into the forest. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice accomodation, could use a little tlc in some corners, but that's just regular wear and tear. Rooms are practically designed, a little dark for my taste (but that's personal preference). If I need to give one negative feedback point, you need to make reservations for the pool (time slot of 45min / 30 persons) it...
