Haus entspricht nicht der Beschreibung, sehr sanierungsbedürftig

Wir waren bei unserer Ankunft erschrocken über den Zustand des Objektes! Es ist nicht - wie beschrieben - renoviert und saniert, sondern sanierungsbedürftig. Es war in einem Zustand, dass wir erstmal eine Stunde geputzt und jedes Geschirr, das wir nutzen wollten, gespült haben. Die Spülarmatur war so wackelig, dass wir bei Nutzung Angst hatten, dass sie abfällt. Der Toilettensitz war ebenfalls locker und nicht selber festzuschrauben (was wir versucht haben). Im Wintergarten hat es an mehreren Stellen durchs Dach geregnet (wir haben erstmal Schüsseln aufgestellt, weil es wie aus Kübeln geregnet hat). Da wir mit Kindern unterwegs waren, sind uns kaputte Steckdosen gleich ins Auge gestoßen. Das Geländer am Treppenabgang vom Dachgeschoss ins 1. OG ist so niedrig, dass man leicht herabfallen kann. Die Lage ist für die Eifel prima, aber das Objekt braucht dringend eine Kernsanierung, um für diesen Preis angeboten zu werden.

Haus mit nostalgischem Charme

Wir hatten das Haus für unser alljährliches Familientreffen gemietet. Dieses war auch ein voller Erfolg. Sowohl die Unterbringung, als auch die Lage war gut. Tagsüber haben wir die Umgebung mit gemensamen ausgedehnten Wanderungen erkundet, die Abende haben wir gemütlich im Garten am Grill verbracht. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, der Küchenbereich bietet alles was man benötigt. Die Sanitäreinrichtungen sind OK, das absolute Highlight war bei unseren Jungens die Aussentoilette :-) Von der Einrichtung ist das Haus etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber trotzdem geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt war die Situation mit den Fenstern, da sich diese teilweise garnicht zu öffnen waren, was ein durchlüften unmöglich machte. Im großen und ganzen war aber alles gut und wir haben alle sehr die Zeit genossen.

Ein schöner Rückzugsort für die Großfamilie

Wir haben den Ort gewählt, da er für meine, über Deutschland verstreute Familie, recht zentral lag. Es war die richtige Wahl! Wir sind viele Erwachsene und entzwischen auch mit Kindern unterwegs. IDEAL! Alle können sich frei bewegen und man hat tolle Ausflugsziele in der Umgebung. Wir waren am Osterwochenende da und konnten den Garten für eine tolle Ostereiersuche benutzen, er ist aber auch gut, um einfach mal einen Ball zu kicken oder sich in die Sonne zu setzen.

Sehr schöne Umgebung

Das Haus ist schön gelegen und Jan ist sehr freundlich. Wir haben das Feuer genossen. Die Betten sind top! Das einzige was stört sind die Toiletten. 2 für 10 Personen und eine draußen😨. Im winter wirklich nicht komfortabel.

Für ein Wochenende mit Freunden perfekt

Das Haus ist sehr groß, man hat genügend Park Möglichkeiten, der Wintergarten ist super bei Regen, bei Sonnenschein ist genug Platz. Bei Fragen hat der Vermieter immer sehr schnell geantwortet und kam uns auch beim Check out mit der Uhrzeit entgegen. Alles in allem ist es perfekt für ein Wochenende mit guten Freunden.

Schöner Hof in ruhiger Lage

Ruhige Lage, super schöne Aussicht und perfekt, um ein paar Tage mit Freunden zu verbringen. Besonders gemütlich ist der Wintergarten mit Kamin!

wunderbare lage mit himmlischer ruhe

An sich sehr schönes Gebäude, mit ein wenig Handlungsbedarf. Für das Familienwochenende mit Besuch im Eifelpark eigentlich perfekt ;) Einziges Manko war der Schimmelgeruch im ersten Stock.

War ein sehr schönes Männerwochenende mit Besuch in Bitburg

Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich, das Haus ist sehr groß und bietet ausreichend Platz. Die Betten sind sauber und sehr bequem nicht so wie in manchen Hotels. Der Wintergarten ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und der Kamin rundet das ganze ab.
