However, it appears to be owned by a company, with no homey touches, and poor management practices. Upon our arrival, there were a couple of issues that needed addressing. For example, the fireplace was not working, the welcome/instruction book was only provided in French and we understood and we understood “important” so we called the...

"Severe security problems: one evening people came and said that they rented our unit and showed us a confirmation with our unit number. It turned out they were booked in the unit next door and got the wrong confirmation. ok, might happen, but they were able to open *our* door with *their* code!!!If you write to the manager, you only get AI generated answers but nobody cared about the problem. It wasn't fixed within 24 hours after reporting. At this time, there were three working PIN codes for...

"Washing machine had ALOT of wet sheets when we arrived, so we dried them, folded them and put them on the dining table. Shampoo and conditioner would have been appreciated. So would pepper and oil. Grounds were not well maintained and there was a hole in the wall from a door knob. Location does not have much to do in surrounding area. One of the guests did...

"We had a great stay. Unfortunately the property was not clean, there were crumbs on the couch and sheets were missing, what sheets were there had hair on them , dirty socks etc. When I reached to the property manager , late night , the manager was responsive and immediately addressed it. I found the interaction with the manager pleasant. We had no other issues for the rest of our stay. The kitchen is well stocked with staple pantry items. The decor is pleasant and tastefully done. The location...
