The views are absolutely breathtaking, and the property feels private and peaceful, which makes it perfect for both couples and families. "Great experience overall. I was in town for the annual Red Tie Gala for the Botham Jean Foundation and this was one of two hotel options. The other was Bay Gardens' resort hotel which is about .75 miles away but on the beach. The Bay Gardens Hotel is lower-priced than the resort, but the staff runs an hourly shuttle to the resort if you want to go to the beach. The advantage of the hotel over the resort is that you're close to shopping with a large grocery store, a KFC and more dining options. My only complaint was that the shower was a "freeze or boil" type situation. It was hard to get the temperature just right. Great service, friendly staff and wonderful breakfast station with an omelet bar."

"The Landings Resort is aesthetically pleasing with the most beautiful beach views. The resort is very clean, and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. Honorable mention: the butler staff is superb. Definitely recommend and I will be back to visit again."
