The view from our room of the beach and ocean was good. The staff was very hospitable, competent and gracious. We enjoyed everything about the resort except a couple of restaurants had less than outstanding food. The majority of restaurant options were very good.

Room was clean but the design was average to be honest it did not give us the resort vibe! Could have more option for seafood. The latest remodeling of Secrets St. Lucia turned out absolutely beautiful!! The rooms are very up to date, clean and beautiful! The resort itself is very clean, nicely furnished and just out right gorgeous! From the moment we got to the resort we were greeted and treated so well by all of the staff! All staff stood out as welcoming and accommodating. The food was great, the view was even better!! If you’re looking for an amazing excursion, find Joy on the beach! He’s not pushy at all as his excursion reviews sell it for him! They take you through and amazing day full of volcanic mud baths, waterfalls, lunch at his personal house and then snorkeling. It was truly amazing!

Friendly and personable staff. Food was decent with the Japanese restaurant being the highlight. However, expect "island time" services. Lots of options for lunch buffet. Room was great, comfortable and modern. Pool was good with fun activities provided by staff. Lovely staff and clean rooms. Not enough sun beds with shade meaning you had to get up at 6.30am to try and claim one. Very loud music played much of the day. Excursions and spa treatments very expensive. The best bit about the hotel are the staff who are fun and welcoming. Food - lots of it but fairly average.
