- A large spacious covid certified accommodation three level luxurious villa with spectacular views of the city and the Caribbean Sea. Located in a quiet upscale residential area in Marisule on the west coast. Walking distance to beach, hotel and restaurant. 15 minute walk to supermarket. 10 minute drive to city and to Rodney Bay shopping malls, restaurants and night clubs. The villa features a suspended swimming pool, two living and dinning rooms as well as a fully equipped kitchen and laundry room..
Large air conditioned bedrooms with ocean views. Direct access to swimming pool and deck area from one of two large living room areas. The villa also features three covered patios and a large pool deck for the ideal outdoor experience. Quiet residential area with upscale private residences and villas. A 3minute walk to neighbouring beach hotel and taking views of the ocean.
Villa is located only a 10 minute walk away from the main highway where public transportation is readily available to the city and to the touristic Rodney Bay area in the North. The property is completely fenced with gate access and on site parking.The villa is wired for both 240v and 110v.Large screen smart TV with cable service included.
