"Stayed here for 6 days for the Paris Marathon. The property is good and the staff is very friendly. The breakfast i thought was fine, not too elaboratw bur functional. The transit is close by takes you to the core of the city. There are very few places to eat around the hotel. I wish the hotel would invest in a restaurant in the future. Otherwise everything else was good, no complaints."

"This boutique hotel is near Montmarte and Sacre-Coeur. The northern end of Metro 4 is the closest train, and Metro 2 is not far either. As a boutique hotel, the rooms are small. But the rooms are comfortable. At the time of this review, there is construction near the entrance to this hotel. There is an Intermarche near the hotel, as well as a few pharmacies. The breakfast buffet (available from 7:00am-10:30am) is typical of any Paris hotel. (Personally, I like having "petit-dejuner", which is crusty bread, croissants, butter, jam, orange juice and coffee. The buffet has all of those items plus much more - scrambled eggs, bacon, fruit, yogurt and the like. You can also make a soft-boiled or hard-boiled egg if scrambled eggs aren't for you.) There are "fast-food" places, cafes and restaurants nearly - just ask the staff and they will make a recommendation. The hotel is very quiet a night - so a restful sleep is very attainable for even the lightest sleeper. This hotel has at least 2 rooms on the main floor if you need an accessible room. From Orly, the cab costs about 60 euros - this will be a similar cost from CDG. If you take the Metro or RER from either airport and have luggage, be prepared to climb stairs from the platforms. Would I stay at this hotel again? You bet!"

"We booked a room with Eiffel Tower View, I paid extra for it, mind you it's our 10 year anniversary which only happens once in a lifetime, when we got there got told in a rudely manner that the room is unavailable and we have to stay in a room with two single beds and no Eiffel Tower View(which I paid for and booked ahead of time) as that is the only one room available in the entire hotel(basically go elsewhere or stay in that room). 9 times out of 10 staff were rude and unwelcoming. Will not come back definitely"

"Here is an jonest and fair review : The hotel itself is a no frills hotel, where you can maybe have a decent nights sleep IF your room has no issues. Unfortunately, ours did. Everytime we turned the sink on, water poured out of the broken pipe under the sink. Yes, I said poured, not dripped, not a small stream... it poured out! We called immediately the front desk. A woman came quickly to check and said tjere was no technician until Monday (It's Friday evening). She literally gave us a TON of towels and we just had to deal with it. Put them down "

"The hotel was extremely busy, but really could do with some deeper cleaning. In our room, the sink wouldn't drain of water for ages, assuming blocked with multiple visitors toothpaste spit! There was a clump of someone's hair on the floor, and generally dust and some hair found in the toilet and shower area. We ended up buying a pack of disinfectant wipes and cleaned the room ourselves! The corridors smelled of sweat and the carpets were filthy. One of the lifts was out of order so it was a lot quicker to use the stairs for the amount of visitors trying to use the other 2 lifts On the plus side, there were vending machines with ample choices of snacks and drinks and coffee. We didn't use the breakfast facilities so can't comment on them. For the price, we expected budget, but cleanliness should still be a priority. "
