"All was good. Got free shuttle from airport to hotel. Assumed it was free both ways as most hotels are but we had to pay the next day to catch our next connection"

"Even if this hotel is close to the airport in aerial distance sense, it is not that close to the FRA airport when it comes to driving time. The hotel is located somewhat far from the airport and the roads near the hotel has 30km/h or 50km/h limits. One has to be overly careful to not get a ticket ehen driving near the hotel area. The hotel is somewhat old and a little rundown. I believe there better hotel options close to the airport for similar price. Hotel having free parking available at the back side of the building is a big plus for this hotel though."

"It’s not at terminal 3. It’s falsely advertised! BEWARE, you will have to take a bus from terminal 3 that runs every half an hour only. We arrived later at night and it was a ghost town, no sign about the hotel at all, we were wondering around dead tired when finally a worker came around and told us about the bus. We didn’t feel safe at all to go so we had to go back to terminal one and rent a room in one of the hotels there (that actually is connected to the airport). It coast us a lot of money and on top of it when I complained to Intercity Hotel, they said sorry but kept our money which is highly unacceptable since they falsely claimed that the hotel is at terminal 3. "

"Clean room, nice bed, friendly staff"

"Nice location, good price, friendly staff. I will return. First time I had breakfast at the hotel. Hmmm.. good selection but big improvement needed for display/storage. Warm items (e.g. scrambled eggs) was cold due to no heated displayplate. Cold items (e.g. cheese and ham) were warm, due to no cold displaytray. I had breakfast at 9.00 am, and the cheese was warm, hard and had started to curl up. Not a very pleasant sight. If no improvement, I have to eat my breakfast elsewhere."

"Room air conditioning thermostats control was broken, so you either have to switch it off to freeze or leave to boil. Didn’t get any sleep on the first night. Water pressure was too weak to reach the shower head. The pillows were smelly and very old. There was a red spot of blood on the duvet. The hotel is not staffed until 3pm and after 10pm. Apart from Liza, other staff are miserable and make you regret asking a question. Avoid this hotel if you can."

"Room never cleaned even though requested to be cleaned by the door hanger. Towels are stupidly small, bed umcomfortable, curtains too small for the window with holes. "
