"We get to the hotel and greet the receptionist and say we have a reservation and she starts speaking in german and say we don't have a reservation (i think) in a very angry way, and when i didn't understand she got even angrier and gesticulates at us, and then guy shows up that speaks good enough english and we ask what's wrong and he says nothing and we get our key. "Wir kamen zum wiederholten Mal her, uns gefällt die ruhige Lage, die Einrichtung und die Nähe zum Haff mit den vielen Möglichkeiten sehr gut. Bei schlechtem Wetter haben wir immer Alternativen gefunden. "

"Pros: Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und es war ein einfacher Check-in. Die Wohnung war sauber und alles in einem guten Zustand. Cons: Der Strand, der als Hundestrand definiert war, war aber leider für Hunde verboten. Der eigentliche Hundestrand war im nächsten Ort, doch der Hund durfte auch dort nicht frei am Strand laufen. Das war nicht das, was wir unter einen Hundestrand verstehen. Da sind unsere holländischen Nachbarn deutlich liberaler und entspannter."

"We stayed one night at the Hotel Pommernland having flown in to the nearby Anklam airfield. As it was the Ascention weekend there were no taxis available so the hotel manager Eric kindly gave us a lift into town to a greek restaurant. Hotel was clean and tidy and the rooms were absolutely fine. My only criticism is that there was only 1 feather pillow supplied which was way too soft, my head sunk straight through it. Breakfast was OK."
