Big surprise was that the landlady wanted to have one day after departure more than 180Euro in addition (for dirt and damaging which was not from us). We didn't pay. "A première vue un enchantement et au deuxièment regard toujours aussi magnifique.La location se situe dans un superbe cadre, montagne, lac , maquis. Un grand calme à peine troublé par les milans. La maison est très agréable, fonctionnelle, bien décorée. La piscine une petite merveille où l'on peut se rafraichir après une bonne ballade et le coin repas sympa, ombragé, petit balcon sur le maquis. Nous saluons Stéphanie notre hôtesse qui a su répondre très gentiment à nos attentes . Nous y reviendons"

"2 nights,booked in room on ground level(room 5). I chose that rather than the rooms higher up purely for convenience. Brilliant concept of rooms scattered over area with central bar and restaurant. Quiet private beach. Crystal clear blue water (gets deep quickly).Canoes,paddle boards and bikes free to hire. Car parking. Plentiful breakfast. 15-20 minutes walk into town. (We ate at hotel first night for incredible sunset. They squeezed us in on a busy evening-Merci!, and at Le Proprianais 1955 restaurant which was excellent). I’d say it’s a great place for families,and people of all ages. A sign of a good hotel is to be really sad to leave. Absolutely fantastic fantastic place to stay."

"Maison spacieuse, bien aménagée et équipée pour groupes et familles chacun peut avoir son espace. La piscine est cependant peu accessible pour des personnes âgées ou des jeunes enfants la plage étant trop haute par rapport à la margelle. Manque rampe d'escalier pour accéder aux étages inférieurs. Pas de clé pour la porte de communication à l'arrière de la maison nous avons dû laisser ouvert durant tout le séjour."

Tables often remained uncleared for more than 15 minutes while guests waited for somewhere to sit, or ended up clearing tables themselves and searching for cutlery, cups, or glasses.
