"My friends and I couldn’t even stay at this property. It was dirty, the smoke detector was beeping, the blinds on the windows were all broken, the beds were not made and the mattress pads had stains on them. It was such a disappointment for us. We had a fun evening planned and had to then rush to secure hotel rooms. "

"It was a clean property with everything you need; however the additional 250 deposit that’s stated in the listing isn’t part of the total until after you pay the property cost. This needs to be clear in case people are on a budget. Also they needed everyone’s ID that stayed or visited the property; that was crazy to me. The parking was horrible! Every time I left someone parked in the driveway area that’s supposed to be for the house. Overall the place worked out fine, and was ok for a weekend...

"The hosts were very friendly, but check in was difficult because I received a text the morning of to pay a deposit which was not processed until I called to inquire how to get in upon arrival. The house is in a great location, but dirty and two separate shelves fell off the walls while we were there. It felt very much like a property where the minimal amount of effort was put in to make the most money possible. "
