The apartment features a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, table, chairs, double sofa bed and TV. The sleeping area includes a double bedroom with wardrobe and chest of drawers, and a twin bedroom with two single beds. The bathroom is modern and equipped with a shower.

The residence is located in a quiet area surrounded by pine forest, within walking distance of the beach, the center of Marina di Grosseto, shops, restaurants, he tourist port and all essential services. Beach clubs, supermarkets and cycle paths are easily reachable on foot or by bike.
