If you dream of a vacation home with panoramic sea views in Corsica, this beautiful villa is for you!

This detached house is located on the heights of the small seaside resort of Porticcio, just minutes from the beaches and in a quiet residential area. It overlooks the Gulf of Ajaccio and offers a beautiful view of the Mediterranean Sea. In the heart of a large garden, fully fenced and landscaped with native plants, it offers you simple and practical comfort. The 4 beautiful bedrooms, each with private bathroom, all have an exit to the outside. It is therefore perfect for a stay with friends or family. The large living room has a beautiful view outside with its many windows. The impressive terrace, equipped with a large pergola, offers a magnificent view of the azure sea.

In the surrounding area, enjoy the stores, night markets, entertainment, nightclubs, ice cream parlors and Porticcio beach.... Take a side trip to Ajaccio, Napoleon's city with its citadel and covered market, take the coastal road to Propriano, the landscapes there are breathtaking.

The 9-hole golf course of Porticcio is only 3 km away. Why not rent a bike or a boat on the beach?

As Corsican gastronomy is particularly famous, don't forget to try canelloni with brocciu and nepita in the good traditional restaurants of the region.

Maison des années 70

A notre arrivée nous avons été déçu par l'état général de la maison. Nous avons été obligés de nettoyer les placards avant d'y déposer notre linge ,salle de bain (cheveux et poils ) ,lavage d'une partie de la vaisselle , poussière et toile d'araignée dans beaucoup de pièces. Nous avons été aussi envahis par des fourmis volantes dans une des chambre .Le jardin est non entretenu .Maison vieillotte demande a être rafraichi, mobilier et décor à revoir. Seul point positif " LA VUE "

Très bel emplacement

Magnifique vue, superbe terrasse, maison spacieuse, prix raisonnable. Mérite toute fois quelques améliorations pour les salles de bain et l’électricité. Une maison de vacances dans laquelle on se sent bien !
