For shared use: terraced garden with plants, natural garden. Private: swimming pool (5 x 4 m, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 15.Nov.). Outdoor shower, terrace. Steep motor access to the house. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Shop 3 km, bus stop "office de tourisme" 2.6 km, sandy beach "Plage d'Agosta" 1.6 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Exit to the terrace, to the swimming pool. Upper floor: (exterior staircase) living/dining room with dining table and cable TV. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm), shower/WC. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm). 1 room with 2 beds. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower, sep. WC. Electric heating, air-conditioning. Large balcony, terrace roofed, garden. Terrace furniture, balcony furniture, barbecue, box-room. Panoramic view of the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. No internal connecting door between the floors. If the number of occupants does not reach the maximum, the independent bedroom on the ground floor will be unavailable. Es war sehr schön und gepflegt. Die Gastgeber freundlich und hilfsbereit in min. 4 oder 5 Sprachen. Leider hatten wir kein Blick aufs Meer aber es ist ja nicht gleich weg. Alles ist schnell erreichbar mit dem Auto mit vielen Möglichkeiten.

4 schöne Schlafzimmer wovon 2 en Suite, offene Küche und Ess- und Wohnzimmer in einem Raum, nicht groszügig aber ausreichend. Schöner Balkon und ein Highlight der Pool. Wermutstropfen kein Blick auf das Meer. Schönes Bergpanorama, ruhig und bewacht. Sehr, sehr nette Betreuung, hier ein Dankeschön an die Verwaltung. Alles in allem ein schöner Urlaub mit Poolpflege und einmal wöchentlich ein Putztrupp mit Austausch der Handtücher und Bettwäsche.

Das Haus ist wirklich sehr schön, alles hochwertige Möbel und sehr gut eingerichtete Küche. Alles sehr gepflegt, es gibt nichts zu bemängeln. Die Vermieter sind sehr hilfsbetreit. Wir können es nur weiter empfehlen.
