-Two bedrooms on the upper gallery level, connected by an elegant walkway
-Large master bedroom with a 1.80x2m bed and an impressive sliding door (2x2.5m) which, when opened, bathes the entire living area in light
-Further bedroom for 4 people with comfortable sleeping facilities (double bed 1.60x2.00 + bunk bed 1 x 80x2.00+ 1x 1.20x2m)
- Additional high-quality sofa bed (1.60 m wide) in the living area

💡 Please note: Since the apartment has just been newly built, minor work may still be in progress and something may still be missing in one place or another.

The POOL listed in the description IS LITERALLY A NATURAL POND WITH A SHELTER, the water quality of which is often inadequate in midsummer.

Due to the contactless check-in, it is mandatory to send a photo of your identity card (front and back) immediately after successful booking - if you do not wish to do so, please do not make a booking!

THE FOUR-SIDED COURTYARD IS NOT YET FULLY DEVELOPED / COMPLETED, INDIVIDUAL WINGS AND THE OUTDOOR FACILITIES ARE STILL UNDER CONSTRUCTION - THIS HAS BEEN TAKEN INTO ACCOUNT OR TAKEN AS A BASIS FOR THE ROOM PRICES.

Guest Access:
In principle, the entire surrounding area, including the two ponds and the riding facility, is available for use; only the stables themselves should only be entered after consultation with the horse owners and the horses should not be petted or fed at all. You are welcome to book riding lessons or a cross-country ride; please contact us in advance. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available for shared use at Vierseitenhof Hexenburg (fee €5 each); use should be arranged in advance.

Interaction with Guests:
After you have sent a photo of your identity card - front and back - as a jpg!, we will send you the directions including the code for the key safe; you are then self-sufficient and can arrive whenever you want (from 15:00). Contactless check-in!
