"The address provided on the web site is incorrect. The Zip Code is incorrect. It was sure luck we found the hotel at all. Friends traveling with us arriving separately where not so fortunate in locating the hotel. Also the entrance to the hotel is not on the address listed, its on a side street.. It is very confusing, especially in the dark. We had to call the hotel and ask someone to come out and guide us in to the hotel. it is hidden inside a gated area. We were concerned of the guests upstairs accessing our apartment. Owner was responsive and gave us clarity, however these conditions weren't disclosed when we rented the space. The check in process (finding the apartment by pictures) was tedious and odd as was the shower in the apartment which only had a hand shower that...

"It was just right. Close to bank and grocery. If driving should have google map to find in it,s neighborhood of homes. Owner always open to answer questions- we parked our car and rode train each day to berlin sights. Had frig,stove and dishes. Very satisfied."

"This was a fantastic place to stay. It’s in a great location, right above a Lidl supermarket and very close to two underground stations. There are also plenty of restaurants in the near by vicinity. The apartment was very clean and the beds were comfortable. There were quite a few basic supplies left by previous occupants I think. The balcony space was a great assist. Although there is no reception desk, the owners were very efficient at responding to emails. I’d stay here again. "
