"I loved my stay at Elements. The staff was very helpful and knowledge about the area and it’s centrally located. The only complaint I have is that the carpets in the hallways need a deep cleaning, they are heavy with stains."

"Everything was so enjoyable. The pools were clean, had plenty of chairs and lounge areas. The AC in the room was perfect, the staff on the property were also amazing. Oscar at one of the bars and the bellboy Alrick made my stay that much more enjoyable. Would 100% go back and stay there again!"

"Check-in was easy. There is an elevator, but I didn't use it because it is a little slow, and I was near the stairs. The room was spacious and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, and there was a refrigerator, and multiple outlets available (you need an adaptor if you don't have the European style prongs). The temp in the room could be a little cooler during the day, but it was perfect at night. The bathroom is a little tight, but it was sufficient. The water temp and pressure were great. I didn't need any assistance from the staff during my stay, but someone was always available. There is a nice covered outside bar and restaurant, along with a seating area. The location is safe, and not too far from the city area nor the beaches."

"Room was clean but a bit run down. The shower handle popped off a few times. The drainage was slow. Handle missing off a drawer. I was only here 2 days out of my stay I chose it because of the walkable location. The staff were absolutely the best. So helpful and friendly. They have a great team of people working here "

A standout was Jeison at the bar his passion for crafting drinks really shows, and every cocktail was made with care and professionalism. The food was excellent, and breakfast was always fresh, flavorful, and a perfect start to the day. I also loved having access to their sister resorts and being able to enjoy additional amenities, which made the experience even more special. Overall, the service and atmosphere exceeded my expectations. We would definitely return and highly recommend this resort!"
