"Stayed here as part of a visit to Cornell. Located at the very bottom of the campus - it is a short climb up to campus. Dorm hotel is unique (in my opinion) and exactly as described. Rooms are very small, small bathroom. Just enough room for a bed and a desk. It was tight with two people but quite doable. Very clean. Perfect for a summer visit. I enjoyed and would definitely stay here again. "

"It's actually two houses. Both are really cool and the remodeling work is excellent. There isn't much in Groton, but you aren't to far from things. "
