"Staying at this inn was a mistake. The general vibe of the place is seedy. It is not being maintained. We weren't happy with the room but were willing to gut it out. Then the air conditioning stopped working around 9 pm. Someone came to look at it and said the manager would need to look at it. If it couldn't be fixed, they'd move us to another room. We were traveling with two grandchildren and anxious to get to bed. When no one arrived by 10 pm, I called again and was told he was on his...
"We stayed in the king suite as we were travelling with a toddler. Spacious room with plenty of space for toddler to play around. Pool was great, it was not cold like other heated pools that I have been to. Breakfast was average. The only issue I had was that despite the hotel having a 3pm check-in policy, my room was not ready until 4pm. Apparently the front desk did not mark the room as checked out, and was therefore not cleaned. This was very frustrating especially that we had a toddler."
"Les chambres n’était pas propre les rideaux avait de la saleté les draps avait des taches et même des poils humaines les fenêtres pas propres. La cuvette bougeais et dans une des chambres les serviettes avait de la saleté noire. Le staff pas très souriant."
"Nothing was positive and I wouldn’t recommend never go back. They don’t do any repairs! They had a fire once and didn’t repair the outside walls. Screeensbin some rooms were tattered and fruit flies in the breakfast muffins. Very old and staled oatmeal. Police came at 1:30 am searching for someone and really loud people around us. Nothing was good about this place!"
"Charged $50 for incidentals we did not use. Power went out (not hotels fault, thunder storm knocked out power) and staff was not around when we wanted to check out at 4:20am."
