Go for a relaxing holiday in this beautiful stylish home in Grou! It is located in Friesland and you are close to the water. For 2 families or families it is perfect.

Grou is a water sports village and is located near Leeuwarden, the capital of Friesland. You are here 300 m from a spot for fishing and water sports. You can also rent a sloop 700 m away. In short: ideal for lovers of water, tranquility and nature! (The jetty at the house is only for private use for the other residents on the property).

This beautiful family house is spread over the ground floor and the 1st floor. It has an attractive living room with a kitchen, and downstairs you will also find a bathroom. Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms and a 2nd bathroom. The children can play on the trampoline and table tennis in the enclosed garden, and pets are also very welcome.

The house is located near a quiet holiday park. That is why the house is only for rent for:

- Families with children (and pets)
- Groups aged 35+ who want to enjoy relaxation and water sports.
- Because of the tranquility, this house is not available for young people!!
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
Reservations for groups of persons under 30 years of age are not permitted
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

We had a fantastic stay at this spacious family home in Grou! Perfectly set up for two families, we enjoyed the ample room and the beautiful garden, The kids had a blast on the trampoline and playing table tennis, while we relaxed in the lovely living area, The proximity to the water was a huge bonus

Our Holiday in grou was wonderful. The house was really well equipped and big enoug for all of our family + our dogs. The garden is surrounded by fences and hedges. That gives you a lot of privacy and you don`t have to worry about the dogs. The garden is big enough for playing tabletennis and badminton, which we did a lot :-) Moreover there is a little ferry 5 minutes away, which brings you to the city center for shopping or visiting restaurants or doing some waterspouts. We really recommend this house and would love to visit it again.

For et herlig familiehjem! Vi bodde her med barna våre og hadde det moro, Hagen var et perfekt lekeområde med trampolinen, og vi likte å grille om kveldene, Kjøkkenet var godt utstyrt, noe som gjorde måltidsforberedelser enkelt, Anbefales på det sterkeste for familier!

Een prachtig modern huis in een rustige omgeving. Na veel gedoe met belvilla over de hottub die niet meer aanwezig was, heeft het huis alles goed gemaakt. Goede bedden, spelletjeskast en de gescheiden woon en eetkamer zijn een uitkomst. Veel keukengerei waardoor we in de lockdown heerlijk hebben kunnen koken.

Allereest, het is een fantastisch huis, smaakvol ingericht en ruim opgezet. De keuken is meer dan compleet, met alles erop en eraan. En van de vele spelletjes en de tafeltennistafel hebben we ook veel gebruik gemaakt. De tuin geeft veel privacy en het is fijn dat je het terrein kan afsluiten met een hek. Over een aantal zaken waren we minder enthousiast. Het huis was niet erg schoon. In hoeken van kamers lag veel stof en spinnenwebben, in de hottub zat bruin water en vieze aanslag (we hebben hem zelf helemaal gescrobt), de bqq was erg vies (helaas dan maar niet bbq'en) en de keukenspullen waren lang niet allemaal goed schoon. Maar wat voor ons meer de pret drukte is dat we vooraf berichten kregen met allerlei regeltjes en waarschuwingen over mogelijk klagende buren en dat we extra op geluidsoverlast moesten letten. Dat je bijvoorbeeld na 22.00 niet meer in de hottub mag, geen muziek buiten, etc., en dat er de vorige keren politie bij is gehaald. Als vriendengroep wilden we natuurlijk 's avonds lekker buiten eten en borrelen. Gewoon op normale toon. Maar we merkten dat we steeds op ons hoede waren. Het was daardoor minder genieten. Overigens totaal niks van de buren vernomen.. Wat ons ook irriteerde waren allerlei kleine regeltjes dat je maar 1 houtnetje mag gebruiken etc. Voor 1.400 euro voor 2 nachten mag het allemaal wel wat gastvrijer. Het huis heeft veel potentie, maar de verhuur kan beter!

een prachtig huis met veel privacy! Goede bedden, 2 mooie badkamers. Overal horren voor deuren en ramen, top! Gezellig ingericht! Ruimte is er wel voor 8 gasten, maar daarvoor is de bank aan de kleine kant Ook aan de eettafel staan 4 stoelen , moet je eerst wat verplaatsen wil je er met 8 kunnen zitten ( waarvan 3 op een bankje) Bij aankomst was het huis niet schoon, dit was niet van 1 x niet goed schoongemaakt. De badkamer en keuken moet echt heel grondig worden schoongemaakt. Ik heb hier direct actie op ondernomen en heb een regeling getroffen, maar dit is echt een minpunt. Met wat aanpassingen aan relaxete zitmeubels en een hele grote schoonmaak kan dit een tophuis zijn.
