"The check in person when we called was very nice about late check in and our reservation, check in was good. Unfortunately we did find a couple cockroaches in the room. We had people with kids above us who were very loud, when we called the front desk they were going to ask them to quiet down, which they did not for about another hour. That ended up being 1am..there was nobody at check out to make aware of these situations either.. convenient if you have a pet."
