Nice Keurig coffee maker with coffee provided. Suggestions for the owner. Use some of the income to upgrade the carpet. Paint the basement. Put clean mattress protection pads on the beds."

"House was beautiful inside. Plenty of space for 3 adults. I could comfortably fit my four children and husband for a few days. Parked right in front of the house. The keypad wasn’t ready, but fixed as soon as I called. This visit was for three moms getting away for a night. We enjoyed good restaurants and shopping centers nearby. The highlight was relaxing in the cozy house enjoying each other’s company!"

Negatives: Backyard not fenced on one side, strange loud pump on MBR toilet, rear sliding door hard to operate, on demand hot water system would suddenly stop and showers got cold, instructions not clear on how to access door keypad."
