Very clean. Parking lot very small

Everything was very clean. The room was well stocked with anything that may be needed during stay. Front desk staff was super friendly. Bed was comfortable. The only thing that was inconvenient was the parking lot is super small. I wasn’t sure if I would be able to find a parking spot when I pulled in but after driving around I finally did. If you make the parking bigger then this place would definitely be 5 stars all the way

Check in was quick and easy. Staff very professional. Cleanliness of the hotel over all was very good. The room was nice except for a few flaws. The shelf over the desk was falling off the wall. The bathroom door would not shut. The air conditioner probably needed to be cleaned. There was a Musky smell in the air. The worst part of the room was the mattress. My husband had to sleep caddy corner in the bed because of the humongous dip, almost like a hole in the mattress.

Check in was fine. Room was not clean and photos don’t really show the wear and tear in the room. Bed was okay but the floor was filthy and there was grime and dirt. Ac vent had mold in the fan blades and there was mold in ceiling in bathroom. We made due since we had an event to go to early the next am after driving 4 hours and upon retiring for the night, the safety lock at the top of the door was loose to point door could move past the lock without ever stopping. Noise from other guests kept going late into the night with loud steps and slamming doors. Smoke alarm was also missing from ceiling. Brought concerns to front desk and he seemed to not understand when I was talking about lock, room not clean like it was never mopped, mold. We checked out early and reported concerns to Expedia.

The AC worked great. The bed was comfortable. The staff at check in was very helpful, friendly and attentive. The continental breakfast wasn’t much to speak of. There was toast and bagels, cereal and milk and a couple of pieces of fruit. The two coffee thermoses were empty at 8:30 am and so I waited for more coffee to be brewed. It didn’t seem anyone was monitoring the area.

Check in was quick and easy. Room already had air conditioning on! The area was quiet and everything was clean and functional. The continental breakfast was mostly cereal. I did not see any other breads, eggs, or meat. We left without eating. If you need a place to sleep, this is good.
