"I was there for a conference and then stayed on a few more days - it's a beautiful hotel with so much personality! The staff is great! The few frustrations I had were because it went from being a conference center to a much quieter hotel, so some things were no longer available and that hadn't been explained to me. Also, I had booked a massage in the spa, but they ended up cancelling through no fault of their own. They were gracious about it. Great pool and sauna experiences!"
