"Esperienza deludente. Ottima struttura"

"The apartment is very clean and in excellent condition. The host is incredibly kind and helpful. I couldn't have asked for a better or more accommodating stay. The town is also beautiful and welcoming to tourist. We will be back!"

"The hotel uses an absurdly complicated self check-in process. You need to be familiar with WhatsApp and with how to upload photos onto a conversation thread. This took us about a half-hour. Once checked in, we were given passwords for the building, the floor, and the room. We never met the proprietor or any hotel employee except for the maid. Too bad about all this. The room was decent and the location excellent."

"Nice"

"Good communication, the staff came and met us late at night to hand us the keys. We only stayed here for one night as a quick stop off but the room was really big, clean with a lovely balcony overlooking the street. There is also a shop across the road."

"Our stay was outstanding in every way. When we had a few minor problems the host was extremely responsive and addressed our needs immediately. Highly recommended and a fantastic location to the older part of Altamura."
