"The property is a bit dated but the kindness of the staff and the INCREDIBLE views won me over. Even though the hotel is a bit older, I slept wonderfully and the food in the restaurant was fantastic! (We had pork with spatzle, chicken soup, Dubai Chocolate drink and an Aperol Spritz). Would stay here again. Beautiful walk along the road the hotel sits on. "

"We chose to stay, having done so about 6 years ago, and as before this was a wonderful hotel in every way. The staff are really friendly and helpful, the rooms are large with comfy beds (we had a Mountain View room), and the breakfast is fantastic. We ate in the restaurant on one evening, which was really nice too. We used the hot tub and sauna every day, but being brits we arenât so sure about the ânakednessâ of this facility! Not for usâŠ. Anyway, great hotel in a perfect location, and enough...

"Enjoyed our stay in this top floor apartment. Nice balcony and view, full kitchen, clean recent reno bathroom. Primary bedroom was nice but second bed is behind a short wall in the living area, so not private. Communication with manager could have been more consistent, with no message leading up to the rental with check in details, that is pretty standard. As well, instructions were to call a number of a local person an hour out which was a bit of a struggle in English but worked out ok. Note as well that laundry listed is in the basement and requires exact change to run machines (.50 coins). Overall good rental once we figured out the details. "
"Definitely enjoyed the breakfast and other available amenities. Trails are only a short walk away and connect to neighboring towns. The views of the AllgÀu are amazing. The staff were great and quite courteous. Will stay here again!"
"Excellent setting,we had a spectacular view from our balcony if you were standing, not at all if sitting in the chairs provided,the wooden balcony obscured the view completely.The room was big clean and pleasant and generally typical of a top hotel,although I have stayed in many hotels and had never stayed in one with no coffee making facilities in the room before,that was a down for me,I had to either call for room service or go down to the restaurant or bar area. The hotel seemed to be very understaffed, we waited half an hour to get a drink at the bar,we elected to leave the hotel and have drinks in the town. All in all for the price paid it fell short over my stays in budget hotels."
