"A lovely cafe staff, ample breakfast, very modern rooms, awesome shower, great views, combined with a much appreciated "welcome pass" on the bus service. If I had any complaint it was that the rooms are a little small for a 4-day stay, and it would have been nice had there been laundry facilities."

"The room was spacious and very clean. Staff were helpful and polite. The hotel is centrally located, not far from the station and we enjoyed our stay. There are a few steps up from street level to reception and a tiny lift from there to upper floors. Perhaps a difficulty for those who are less mobile."

"There is absolutely NO airflow in the rooms. They are designed to keep you warm, not cool. The still air was about 77F and unfortunately I am one of those travelers who needs either cool OR moving air (ie a fan blowing) otherwise I get very nauseous at night. I ended up getting sick and am still paying the price 3 days later as my vocal cords have not yet healed (no I was not drunk, this is a thing for some people when the body can’t expel heat). It is a great place for you if you do not mind still air, because the rest of the experience was exactly what we paid for."

"Very easy check in, everything could be done straight from my phone. Our room had a beautiful view of the mountains, it was very quiet apart from being woken up by the church bells at 5 am but this is expected in many Swiss towns and villages."

Old school power sockets and not enough of them and no black out blinds or curtains. Super friendly and clean but simple and my room in need of renovation. I’d still stay there again as it’s such a great location and cost effective as well as a lovely lady on reception who couldn’t be more helpful. Thank you! "
