"I think the idea is nice, but this is not really a useful place to stay. My room had no curtains in one of the main windows. Not a great thing. The floors are creaky, you can hear everyone in the building, there are no sockets to plug your phone in near the bed, the plumbing was "bubbling up" in the sink, etc. A little thought would help make this place really good. But at this point it is not worth it."

"We had a lovely big apartment with two rooms and everything was very clean. The breakfast spread was very good. We ate in both the bar and the Salt restaurant. Both were good and the Salt restaurant had an unusual menu selection. The pool was also good although it would have been helpful if the swimming lessons had been in one area of the pool leaving the rest for guests. The hotel is well located for the Old Town and we went to a restaurant there one night. I would definitely stay there again."

"The staff were very helpful (and multilingual). The hotel is a clever construction that incorporates itself into the old castle remains. The 4 Pory Roku (4 Seasons of the Year) restaurant on site is excellent. The hotel is not far from the lovely Vistula riverbank and boulevard, and the minor Toruń Miasto train station, but the Toruń Główny (main station) is across the river outside of town, so it's best to hire a cab to get to the hotel. But the cobbled streets all around the hotel and old town are very walkable."
