"This hotel is close to everything, 10 minutes walk to the train station, 5 minutes to Mirabell Palace and Gardens. It was clean, with spacious and comfortable rooms. The buffet breakfast was a major convenience with a good variety of food options and helpful staff. The restaurant and Biergarten served excellent food and gets a sizable crowd during the warm weather. The only drawback was that the gym/spa amenities were off-sight at their sister hotel (although it is only a 3 minutes walk). I would definitely stay at this hotel again if visiting Salzburg."

"The property was reasonably central within walking distance to bus stops with routes servicing the airport and rail network. Tickets are available from larger bus stops via credit card and are easy to use: just remember to validate them via the onboard machine. The Panorama coach office and buses are also quite close. This hotel is convenient and very comfortable, and offers an extensive delicious breakfast- both continental and cooked- that caters for vegans. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this hotel again and would seriously consider other hotels in the NH chain."

"Great stay! Easy entry into the property. Great communication with the host. Location was excellent. 10 minute walk or less from the train station. Quick walk to old town and a bus stop is very close. Would stay here again. Very comfortable studio apartment."

"I liked this hotel but the pillows were very uncomfortable and I didn’t find the very friendly. We dropped our luggage off early but it was just put into a room, like a board room. Was a bit worried but it was fine. It was so close to the rail station, 2 minute walk which we loved. But a little further from Old town than I thought but it wasn’t too bad, 15-20 minute walk. You get a free pass for the bus which was pretty easy to get around with and saved our legs at the end of the day. Overall I liked this hotel and would stay again. Just would like a better pillow and I’d rate it higher!"

"The location on Mirabellplatz was great, and the staff was very friendly and helpful with recommendations and directions. The bed was nice and firm, and the hotel was fairly well soundproofed. The hotel breakfast seemed very overpriced to us, especially since there were good, reasonably priced options nearby. All in all, we enjoyed our stay, we would recommend the hotel, and we would stay there again if we were ever back in Salzburg."
