The Room was very clean and it looked great, love the modern design!! Staff was very friendly and helpful, the only place I think it needs a little work is the dining area, furniture looks old and dirty, it had some dry and ugly flower arrangements; everything else looks vry nice and clean!!

The room was ok but it didn't have a coffee maker and the mini bar was not working at time of arrival. Both issues were taken care of right away by very nice people. I remember the rooms being "nicer" over a year ago. Perhaps management are letting things get old and run down. Breakfast was as good as always.

We stayed here for a family party in Guadalajara over the weekend, and my husband and I really liked it. The place was charming and in a great location, within walking distance of several nice restaurants. We also appreciated having a liquor store right next door, which made it easy to pick up beer and whiskey for the party. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the hotel was very clean—including our room, which was comfortable and spacious. We also enjoyed the free breakfast with a beautiful view of the city while having our coffee. Our friends who stayed there with us loved it too and said they would definitely stay again.
