This new hotel was super clean and the staff all were very kind and helpful. It’s a great location and easy to get around in the area for food and cafes. It’s a tech-forward hotel so using the touchscreen tablet for requests took some getting used to. Also, I suggest requesting a high floor due to street noise.

This property is not a "hotel" per se. Missing a coffee maker, a dedicated restaurant, bottles of water, etc. Unfortunately, cleaning staff did not notice there was a hair in the shower, despite repeated room service requests. I would not recommend this property in comparison to other hotels in the area. Also, it is close to the Minerva Glorieta which may make transportation to and from the hotel challenging.

Hotel muy nuevo, habitaciones cómodas, espaciosas y bien equipadas, huele súper rico, me encantó que el secador de cabello es de tamaño normal, las conexiones para los celulares súper bien porque casi en ningún lugar tienen entrada tipo C. Además un día me sentía súper mal y del lobby me mandaron un té 😅

​¡Excelente experiencia, 100% recomendado! Tuve una estancia increíble. El personal es sumamente amable y atento en todo momento. La habitación es de muy buen tamaño, la cama es muy cómoda y las almohadas son súper suaves, ideal para descansar bien. Además, el café del hotel está riquísimo. Si viajas por el trámite de la visa, la ubicación es perfecta: queda a máximo 10 minutos en Uber de la cita. Sin duda volvería a hospedarme aquí.

El lugar está increíble. La instalaciones están muy bonitas y bien cuidadas. Lo que más disfruté fue de la alberca, con el calor de Guadalajara! Tiene una vista espectacular. La cama y las sábanas estaban deliciosas pero sobre todo el personal fue muy amable. Cada que venga a Guadalajara definitivamente me hospedaré aquí.
