El aire acondicionado se descompuso y no me cambiaron de habitación esa noche, pedí servicio al cuarto una noche y los platos se quedaron ahí todo ese día, cuando los saqué al pasillo se volvieron a quedar un día completo ahí, el personal de restaurant si ofrece muy buen servicio

El hotel se mira descuidado, desechos de alimentos y platos usados durante 2 días en los pasillos del hotel, el elevador me dejó unos 5min encerrado. Me tuvieron que hacer doble cobro de habitación por que se equivocaron de terminal y me dejaron con la responsabilidad de revisar con el banco el 2do cobro cuando ellos fueron los del error.

Es triste ver como el hotel que siempre ha sido tu casa, se va destruyendo. -olvidando a los huéspedes. Por ejemplo ponen un envento en el piso 9 con musica y zapatasos y uno tratando de dormir en el piso 8 a las 2 am. Terrible. No pasaron a hacer la limpieza. En fin, muy triste lo vivido
