Pésima administración, me despertaron sin pedirlo

Fue terrible que pagamos para descansar , dormir antes de continuar nuestro viaje al día siguiente, y del front desk nos llamaron a las3am que por qué era un despertador agendado por un cliente, resulta que el de recepción anotó mal la habitación, nos despertó y ya no pudimos dormir más, además de que seguramente el cliente que agendó ese despertador no le llegó la llamada. Pésimo, ya no pudimos descansar y salimos de ahí 6am
