Too much noise, hotel need windows to prevent noise from outside, some of the staff were ok ,but cleanliness of the room super great,need more towels we were 3adults and they only have 2 towels!!

The staff is friendly, they answer all your questions. The location is nice since it's in the downtown area, but after 8pm it becomes a ghost town because the hotel is surrounded by shops and stores, and everything closes around that time. The room is nice but average, it has all you need. The one we got didn't have a window so could be a little claustrophobic. Also, the day we were there the WiFi didn't work, good thing I had great cell service otherwise it would have been a nightmare. Overall the hotel covers the basic necessities.

I had requested a 2 bed room, I arrived to the Hotel and I was given a single bed . Told front desk about it and she said if you want a double bed you need to pay more for it . To mention I have a disable kid that needs a bed for herself . Had to pay the extra and I had to request a receipt twice because she stated she had cash out and she could not give me a receipt. Front desk not helpful very unfriendly.

it was a bad stay. we had a room with no windows and it was like in basment. Bathroom was moldy and smelled like it too. Allthrough the night you heard whistling through the hall. Thats normally a calling call for thieves that have a stake in the area. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. Luckily i did not travel with my kids on this trip.

La habitacion es sencilla, cuenta con lo basico, es comoda.... en lo particular y es aparte del servicio solo diria que al lado del hotel hay un bar y al otro una escuela de zumba y el ruido es constante, debido a eso no descansas lo suficiente.

Lo recomiendo para todos los que planean ir solo a dormir ya que es muy pequeño para ir en familia. Esta dentro de los estándares del precio nosotros solo lo ocupamos de noche tiene todo lo necesario aire,tv,agua caliente,no huele mal como dicen. Los colchones un poco duritos pero se duerme bien

Bien para dormir es péqueño pero limpio y cómodo, muy buena ubicación si deseas estar en el centro ,, de único no había toallas pero pedimos , despues pedimos lavandería y nos dijeron que si y despues q se descompuso la la lavadora y ese mismo día mas tarde pedimos toallas y que las estaban lavando jaja .. recepcionista de la tarde un poco molesta o sería … de igual modo si volvería esperando ya no tener esos problemas :) gracias

Durante mi estancia tuve varios inconvenientes que hicieron que mi experiencia fuera muy decepcionante. En dos ocasiones me entregaron un control remoto equivocado para el aire acondicionado. Aunque solicité que lo revisaran, el problema persistió y tuve que volver a reportarlo. Además, el servicio de limpieza fue muy deficiente. Tuve que esperar dos días para que finalmente limpiaran mi habitación, a pesar de haberlo solicitado. También observé que el piso donde se encontraba mi habitación permanecía muy sucio durante mi estancia, lo que daba una mala impresión sobre la limpieza y el mantenimiento del hotel. Esperaba un mejor nivel de servicio y atención. Considero que estos aspectos deben mejorar para que futuros huéspedes no pasen por la misma situación.
