Too much noise, hotel need windows to prevent noise from outside, some of the staff were ok ,but cleanliness of the room super great,need more towels we were 3adults and they only have 2 towels!!

The staff is friendly, they answer all your questions. The location is nice since it's in the downtown area, but after 8pm it becomes a ghost town because the hotel is surrounded by shops and stores, and everything closes around that time. The room is nice but average, it has all you need. The one we got didn't have a window so could be a little claustrophobic. Also, the day we were there the WiFi didn't work, good thing I had great cell service otherwise it would have been a nightmare. Overall the hotel covers the basic necessities.

I had requested a 2 bed room, I arrived to the Hotel and I was given a single bed . Told front desk about it and she said if you want a double bed you need to pay more for it . To mention I have a disable kid that needs a bed for herself . Had to pay the extra and I had to request a receipt twice because she stated she had cash out and she could not give me a receipt. Front desk not helpful very unfriendly.

it was a bad stay. we had a room with no windows and it was like in basment. Bathroom was moldy and smelled like it too. Allthrough the night you heard whistling through the hall. Thats normally a calling call for thieves that have a stake in the area. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. Luckily i did not travel with my kids on this trip.

Esta ubicado muy céntrico cerca de la catedral y frente al hotel hay varios lugares para pasar el rato, quizá el único tema sería que al parecer en la planta más alta dan clases de baile o algo similar x que se escucha zapateo en el techo de hay en fuera me gustó
