Not worth the cheap price. Many other options

Hotel was in bad shape. Bathroom reeked of humidity and staff were rude. There was a day they forgot to put toilet paper and another ocassion we went to purchase water and the staff was not friendly. Stay away

I gave this review because the flight was cancelled and I called the hotel to cancel and because I made the reservation throught Expedia.com I had to called.Expedia. Even rhough the flight was cancelled due to the hurricane and tornados in Houston, they told me the money was not refundable. So, they charged me for 4 nights and then they probably charged someone else for those same nights.

i had a trade show to attend at Expo Guadalajara so I stayed in this hotel...it was less than 5 minutes walk, so it was perfect. The hotel is not luxurious, but rooms are clean, nice, hot water, they have a small cafeteria, staff very friendly and parking lot and the area is perfect in case you want to go to shopping malls or the downtown area...obviously you need a car to get around, but you are in the middle of all, so its not that far.. 100% recommended

Voy a guadalajara aprox 3 veces al año por trabajo y siempre me he hospedado en esye hotel y todo habia estado muy bien hasta esta ultima ocasión. Reserve por 3 noches y desde que nos entregaron la habitación nos la entregaron sucia, no habian varridonla habitacion. Posteriormente quisimos descansar y ver la tele y los controles no servian, llamamos a recepcion y dijeron que era la señal pero que si servian teniendo paciencia con los controles. Alnsiguiente dia fuenun problema bañarnos el agua salia x ratos friany por ratos hirviendo. Me queme varias veces y despues nos caia el chorro de agua helada. Fue un martirio bañarse. Pedi en recepcion que nos cambiaran de cuarto y nos cambiaron el cuarto pero gue el mismo problema. La televisión no sirvio, el agua de la regadera siguió saliendo hirviendony helada cada 4 segundos. Y para terminar un dia antes de salir del hotel me quede adentro el elevador. Me subi al elevador y de repente se paró. Me dio muchisimo miedo y me desespere. Afortunadamente salio la llamada y pude avisarle a mi mama para que pidiera ayuda. En ese momento estaba con ella el personal de mantenimiento revisando la telvision y oyó que estaba atrapada en el elevador y solo me dijo tranquila, asi hace de repente como que se desconfigura y luego regresa la señal. No se asuste asi esta pasando porque esta fallando una pieza del elevador y aun no lo reparan. Fue mi peor experiencia en este hotel Deberian cancelar el uso del elevador ya que representa un granresgo.

El más cercano a Expo Guadalajara, limpio, lo único que no me gustó, el desayuno lo deberían empezar a servir más temprano y con mejor actitud el cocinero y más variedad.

If you’re looking for an economical stay this is it. It isn’t the most aesthetically pleasing and my room had a little smell but the staff were in credible and the food they make for breakfast is much better than running out to grab something from your local McDonald’s. Everyone was so accommodating and even held my luggage while I finished up some tasks. I got 50% off online as well. You can’t beat the price for what you get. The area is good too. Definitely recommend.
