Buena atención, todos muy amables. La habitación es amplia, estaba limpia, todo en orden. En la recepción hay café y agua las 24 horas del día. Lo único que no me gustó es que para llegar ha recepción hay que tomar un elevador y tuvimos que esperar algunos minutos para poder subir.

Habitación sucia, el pido estaba lleno te polvo. La secadora de pelo llena de cochambre, daba asco tocarla. El desayuno desagradable, la salsa para los chilaquiles fría, los huevos remojados en agua, el pan parecía viejo. Las instalaciones se veían descuidadas o tal vez eran de reuso de sus otros Hoteles (Fiesta Inn y Fiesta Americana)
