El proyecto va dirigido a los nuevos habitantes que están reocupando la zona y las personas que disfrutan estar inmersos en la vida urbana y sus facilidades.
La colonia Moderna está rodeada de atractivos puntos de interés gracias a su ubicación en el corazón de Guadalajara; podrás recorrer desde espacios verdes abiertos, como el parque Agua Azul, hasta la vibrante oferta de cultural y de entretenimiento del Andador Chapultepec.
Para estancias mayores a 1 semana, es necesario contratar nuestro servicio semanal de limpieza con un costo adicional de $350 MXN + IVA por semana.
Se solicitara un deposito de 400 pesos antes de realizar el check in y se devolverá 7 a 14 días hábiles después de su salida.
