Had to go down to the lobby to complain and they wanted to add a $200 pesos extra charge deposit for the AC control, we were not informed about it when we did the check in. "

"A older hotel across the street Plaza Hidalgo. Within walking distance to restaurants, museums and markets. I didn't have a balcony but enjoyed the rooftop terrace. Beautiful view of a Serro de la Buffa. A hilltop with the cable car 🚡 station and Patrocino church. Very beautiful view in the evening. "

"Front desk staff was really slow but got the job done. The room itself is okay at best, very dark and kinda dusty. Water leaked from the bathroom sink, so the floor was always wet and we had to put a towel on the floor. During one of our nights there was no hot water, but on the other two nights it was fine.
