Located across the street from a bank, the hotel seemed quite secure. Breakfast was quite good with plenty of choices. All the staff were exceptional. We were greeted with a very warm welcome and any requests we made were immediately fulfilled. Our suite was clean and well furnished. We would definitely choose this property if we were in Loja again."
