From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, they made sure to accomodate us and help us with any request we had. The hotel was beautiful. Each room was slightly different and modern. Very clean and properly taken care of. Food was delicious. From the breakfast to the pizzas at night. Highly recommend you try the pizzas. Overall, we were really happy with our stay. Wortg every dollar!! "

"The staff is great. They fixed the room to make twin beds look like a king size bed. Always looking for our comfort. Everything was very clean, the food was delicious and unique. "

"Beautiful location. Booked well in advance from abroad. The hotel was overbooked for the long weekend we were there. They sourced us alternative accommodation in a farm close by but it was less than ideal when traveling all day with children. We had breakfast at the hotel and compensated us with a free dinner on the last day. When we did get access to the hotel on the last day of our stay, they never provided towels despite us asking for them. It’s a beautiful location and Norcasia has a lot to offer but they need to learn how to run a hotel!"
