"Malo: el baño estaba sucio y la realidad es que la habitación es un motel de baja calidad. El estacionamiento es poco y si no te toca estacionarte en el restaurante. Bueno: es un resuelve si vas a estar poco tiempo en esa zona; pero no para estancias mayor de 3 días. El personal fue sumamente amable y disponible. El servicio del restaurante es maravilloso así como su comida."

"I wasn’t really sure what to expect on this coliving property, but I was left speechless. The property is so beautiful so clean so well managed I would recommend this to any and everyone at any given point I will definitely be back. The Customer Service is very quick in responding. I felt safe. The location is perfect for the area of Jobos. You do need a car to get around. It’s very close to the airport and if you work remote this is a very quiet professional property. The kitchen and coliving area are very clean and have the basic essentials. The pool is gorgeous."

I usually stay here for work, sometimes for a week and other times for a month, and I have always had a positive experience. "The best thing going on for this place is location. Can't beat it with a stick! You are right on the beach, and that may be all you need. Rooms are outdated, could use a big refresh, though they are clean and A/Cs work perfectly (an absolute must in the summer). Bathrooms are another matter... they are small and uncomfortable. This said, none of it may matter much if you just want to unwind at the beach. See above, it's right there, just a few steps away. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful! Same with restaurant staff, and breakfast is really good. Security is present, too. Definitely looking forward to our next stay here. Oh and make sure you pet Simba at the front office!"
