"The home was well equipped with anything we may need for a nice beach day! I loved the beach decor/vibe. The pool was nice but could have been a bit cleaner with daily water checks. The last night there the ceiling in the main bedroom was leaking because of rain earlier in the day, we had to sleep in the living room. Overall it was a nice place to stay, right across from the beach with beautiful scenery, I would visit again minus the ceiling leak, things happen! "

"This beautiful condo is set off on a hill away from the hustle and bustle of the busy island. You'll have no problem enjoying your stay here. There is a pool onsite, and all of the amenities you could want for a short or long stay. Stunning views of the sunset over the sea. A definite recommendation to stay if you have the chance.. "

"We totally enjoyed our stay in Cabo Rojo. The condo was close to beaches, sites and restaurants. It was nice to lounge at the pool after a day of site seeing. Beautiful sunsets right from the pool deck. Residents were very nice. We appreciated the 2 bathrooms and the lovely balcony."

"Our stay was great. We were close to everything and the view of the beach was phenomenal. The only issue we had was the cleanliness of the bathrooms and that it took our clothes a long time to dry because the dryer’s duct is full of lint. But overall, simply great. "

"Pros: The location was a plus—close to the beaches, private access to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The Downtown area is steps away, plus tons of restaurant options. It was great having the grocery store and bakery across the street. Lots of places to visit. Cons: The apartment was clean but needed renovation, especially the bathrooms. Overall, it was a great experience, and we will return to the area."

"Great unit, clean and as described. We rented two condos in the same complex for our big group. Nine stayed comfortably in this unit with tons of space. Gated community with nice landscaping and had Christmas decorations. Rooms were comfortable and unit included kitchen appliances and dishes (could use more bowls), air conditioning throughout, washer/dryer, and beach towels. Second floor game room and decks were amazing (pool table, video game, card table, grill and lounge chairs. Pool...

"The property and view are tremendous and as listed. . . our only problem was the elevator didn't function at all , and we left early after 5 days of taking the stairs. . . a lot of nice touches. . . like bottle of wine /snacks, etc. . . "
