"Renters BEWARE: On March 26, 2019, my family checked into this Villa. We immediately felt apprehensive when we noticed the slick tile in the patio area. From a far, it looked very slick and upon closer inspection, you can clearly see that it is wet from ocean spray. Additionally, the wall that separates the balcony from the water is only 2-3 feet tall. Anyone could slip and fall over. To further exemplify this concern, my two year old daughter fell outside. "The view was absolutely gorgeous. The outside living space was large and functional - we spent the majority of our time out there and even ate all our meals out there. It’s spacious and clean. The condo itself isn’t super fancy but it didn’t need to be - it was clean and it had all the necessities. We loved this place, it was perfect for our family of 7. "
