Nice small hotel in a convenient location. Room was clean and comfortable. Good wifi. Was hot water but didn’t last for long. Had to rush in shower. Staff was professional and friendly. Breakfast at restaurant was good as was the service. Would stay here again.

Clean room, balcony in the room we had did not look like the picture on the website it was much smaller and no privacy towards the street the fence was a steel fence not like the picture. The staff was friendly, breakfast was delicious and room was clean. It is at the end of downtown - it is a 10 minute walk to downtown. There is NO parking or valet. We went at a time when there was a festival 10/19 -10/21 and parking was very limited - we searched for approximately 30 minutes - we were able to park overnight at a hotel that 15 mins away.

Area was perfect, right in the center of the city! 2 minute walk to Mercado Hidalgo, and 5-10 minute walk to famous landmarks/museums that are located in the center. It felt safe and staff was amazing, very nice and helpful! Room was clean and well kept. However, AC did not work properly and water pressure was poor. Other than that, definitely recommend.

The cleaning lady was really kind! Her cleaning was good. The property itself needs care. Bathroom smelt like sewer gas. Most of them do, no P-traps. Balcony room very noisy from the outside street at all hours of the night. None of the doors are sealed good, you can see towards the hallway. And you can see towards the outside.

バス停から近く、グアナファトの見所はすべて徒歩圏内で非常に便利。周囲に飲食店が多かったけれど、夜は静かで快適でした。ペットボトルの水のサービスがあったけれど、初日は忘れられたよう。バスタオルもなかったので、フロントに確認しに行ったところ、ちゃんと用意してもらえました。ヘアドライヤーがあって大満足でした。
