"This is a great historic hotel 2 miles from Georgetown. I had a beautiful Victorian Rose themed room (#2). Pay attention to check-in instructions as there is no staff. I have T-Mobile and the service was very poor. Download your instructions before you arrive."

"Good location, quiet, and a nice enough place to stay. A little more attention to detail would be an improvement, like knocking down spider webs, providing full soap and shampoo dispensers, etc. Tighter seals around the doors might help eliminate some of the cobwebs and spiders. This is an older home, so we expected certain quirks."

"Our stay at this property was exceptional. The location was central to all of the activities we were interested in doing. Although very close to I-70, highway noise was minimal with windows open and non-existent when they were closed. The proximity to the highway allows quick trips to Georgetown and Guenella Pass (5 minutes) and Idaho Springs (15 minutes). The property itself was well-maintained outside and in. Though small in square footage, it lives big and the 3 people in our party never felt crowded. The house will easily sleep 6 quite comfortably. The bathroom and kitchen were well appointed and well-equipped. The overall design of the renovation done on the house is beautiful and the decor is very nice. Make no mistake - this house is completely new on the inside, plus there is a generous outdoor deck with a fire table, seating, dining and hot tub. We very much enjoyed our 5 days at this property. We definitely willStay there again . I highly recommend this beautiful house"

"We loved the location and closeness to Georgetown. We enjoyed eating at Provisions and a tour through the Silver Plume museum. Three days was perfect. We had family in Littleton so the proximity was just right. A longer stay would be a challenge with limited space in the kitchen.All in all it was a great experience."

"We had a big family gathering for a birthday weekend and this home was perfect for it. We had many compliments from family members about how great the home was. Yes, there is road noise, but the home more than makes up for it. The home makes it easy to gather as a group or to get a way for a break. The home was very clean and well maintained. Meagan was a very gracious host for our group and very responsive to questions even before booking. Our family already started making plans for our stay next year."
