"I had a great experience in this hotel! The decoration and the architecture of the building is great! The atmosphere is relaxing and you feel like in a movie. The buffet breakfast was great! They offer variety of Chinese dishes, veggies, noodles, buns, many options to try Chinese food. They also have western options, so you can grab a coffee, toasted bread, milk, cakes and fruits. Definitely you will find something you like here. Personally, I loved trying Chinese dishes every day, there were always something new to try (I spent 5 nights there). My room was always clean, with service every day and also they provide a delicious tea (2 varieties) 💕 I have to mention that the staff was very friendly with me, I don’t speak Chinese, but they speak English so thanks to them we could communicate perfectly. The receptionist helped me to survive in China as none of my apps worked there. The location of the hotel was great! I think I picked the best area, you feel like in a movie or anime, all the streets around are beautiful and very Chinese (I say people I stayed in chinatown of Chengdu lol). I loved so much, even walking around the corner it was an experience. The monastery is very close (maybe 2 minutes walking slowly). All the shops and restaurants look traditional. The food around is great, cheap and delicious. Also there are many coffee shops and tea shops. I recommend this hotel 100%. Clean room, friendly staff, delicious breakfast and many shops nearby."

"Good location. Breakfast spread was very good. Great executive lounge experience too. Bed was not as comfortable as I suspect it’s time to be replaced. The temperature in the room could not be adjusted as it was a central Aircon. Temp was not even through the night making unpleasant. Had to request for a fan as it could get warm on the room."

"We had a great view from our upgraded room in the high rise tower. The room was clean and comfortable and the location was pretty central. I like that they provide a laundry room with free machines, but there are only two washers and two dryers for the whole building, so plan ahead!"
