"Location was 5/5 right near Beijing rd, elevator is super slow and crowded, smokey supposedly non-smoking rooms, not the cleanest, fridge has stains, floor was sticky and dirty, walls were dirty, bathroom exhaust fan didn't work, hot water runs out in the shower so shower in the mornings, but view was nice and front desk service was top tier 10/10, they helped us out a lot booking taxis and getting parcels. Very easy to work with. Note: Washer ONLY no dryer, drying rack, clothes line."

"I stayed at this hotel during the Canton Fair. They haven't bus service that takes you from the hotel to the fair. It is about a 45 minute drive so it's not close to the fair area. As far as the location off this hotel it is about 20 minute walk from Beijing Street which is a very nice walking area near the Buddha temple. This hotel has some nice traditional monuments around that one can walk to. The hotel is spread out so rooms can be in different buildings. My room was in a different building so I had to walk to the main building for breakfast but the walk was really nice through this beautiful garden that was wonderfully landscaped with old growth Banyan trees. There are no coffee shops nearby but at 10 to 15 minute walk will get you to the city center where there are lots of restaurants and coffee places to choose from. I like this hotel partly because it was away from the rush. The stuff was very friendly and many of them spoke English. They offered a free breakfast in the morning which was very lavish. Overall I will give this hotel a 4.5 star."

"Everything perfect"

"First room we were given was weird shape. Advised front desk immediately we wanted room change. This was completed mid day next morning. This room was exactly what we expected. We were staying for month, so needed good room. Close to everything! Shops, Beijing road, underground. Safe in room, but as this was 'free standing' seemed pointless to use, but as is usual in China camera's everywhere so security not really an issue. Without room change, and weird safe I would give this place a big 5 *. Highly recommended. "
