"Everything is fine. I rate this facility 4 stars because there was one cockroach ran over inside a men’s restroom when my husband visited the restroom at 2nd floor during breakfast time. "

Also very easy transport from Guangzhou Baiyun Airport. You may take metro instead of taxi. Super convenient. Their staffs are very friendly and helpful! Highly recommend! "

"This is my second stay with Springdale Serviced Residence. The apartment was big and clean. You feel like home staying here. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The only downsize is big bus cannot enter their car park to allow us to load and unload our luggage. But the concierge will help us ferry our luggage to the main road and settle our luggage. We have pleasant here, thanks to the helpful concierge for handling 30 over pieces of luggage."

"Must ask for rooms with windows, because when we book d rooms , there are rooms with no windows then these rooms are smelly & not airy , luckily hotel change for us upon request , i think price of rooms r reasonable for such locality in city "
